Terms & Conditions

By applying to Sainte Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Stall Fees: Vendor : £40 (stall setup not included—please bring your own) Full payment is required within one week of receiving your offer. Please note that stall fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation, we will attempt to reallocate your space and recoup your costs, provided you give us reasonable notice. However, we cannot guarantee a refund.

 

Market Rights: Sainte Market reserves the right to cancel or move your stall at any time for any reason.

 

Liability: We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your products or property during the event.

 

Event Details: You will receive an FAQ guide and a floor plan with your stall assignment ahead of the event. Upon arrival, please wait for an organiser to direct you to your allocated stall space. Any damages to the venue caused during setup will be your responsibility and may incur charges.

 

Venue Cancellations: In the event the venue cancels, we will not be able to offer refunds. Electricity Access: Power is not guaranteed. If you require electricity, please ensure your electrical equipment is PAT tested and used at your own risk.

 

Location & Setup: Sainte Market takes place at [Venue Name]. Please make your own parking arrangements. Vendors must arrive at least one hour before the event opens for setup. Early arrival ensures a smooth setup and gives you a chance to explore the market before the crowds arrive!
